Other parties influence the decision, making such as Greenpeace, Amnesty International, resident action groups and Regional Councils. Issue like fragmented vs. centralised system, time frames, agendas and corruption occur. Continuation of existing structures may prove problematic for effectively managing the metro region of Sydney.
